    A gut renovation

    My husband and I hired Red Oak Renovations to do a gut renovation of our 1st-floor and basement in our two-family home, modernize the second and third-floor bathrooms, and kitchen, added new roof and sidings, in 2018. We couldn't be happier with our choice. It was our first major renovation, and there was a learning curve for us on how a job like this gets done, and how much it will cost. We were working with an architect and engineer as well, but we were constantly asking Rafal for his input on what was suggested by these other professionals. This was very unusual, usually, it's the reverse. Rafal was patient and offered useful guidance as we planned our renovation. Now, our house is the prettiest on the block. Rafal does high-quality work and takes pride in it. He doesn't cut corners and will go the extra mile to ensure a quality result. His skills and that of his crew impressed the architect. His crew is very respectful, clean, trustworthy and friendly We are extremely satisfied. If we need renovations in the future, we will be using Red Oak Renovations again. We've recommended them to all who've asked us about our renovation.
