I must say that I don't usually do this, but in this case, I have to. I have old shutters on my back porch, and one of them needed repair. They are electric. One call to Stefanie, and not only was the appt made for the same day, but the workmen actually showed up! The problem was taken care of promptly, and in a professional manner. Thomas and Junior did an outstanding job. I was told it was the motor, and the repair would be expensive. It was just a wiring problem. I can't thank Stefanie, Thomas and Junior enough for the great job they all did. I can't recommend them enough. I huge "shoutout to the three of you guys for the way this was handled. I will ONLY use Red Oak in the future......Bill W
