    Adam goes by different last names. He took $1500 for down-payment and is not responding to calls, texts, or emails. The number on this website is not his and has never been his.

    In short - The only thing I can say is true about this post is yes, we accepted a deposit for custom iron fence panels from this person. There is no attempt being made to take someone’s money…only a person wanting attention and demanding it in a negative way by lying and making false accusations towards us. A project was delayed which is the gist of it. This person is unhappy even though the delay has been out of our control. We have given updates regarding schedule. We have supporting documents, screenshots to post if required. Ultimately we hear the customers request are doing what is in our power to resolve. Response- I am Adam Hammons and am responding to the complaint listed. I do not offer any other names than my own anywhere. If there are other names listed, it could be a post from another customer not myself. My middle name is Lee and am refereed to by some as Adam Lee. I have documentation. showing we have reached out to this customer on the same day this review was posted, before the review was posted and after. On January 13th I have record of a 12 minute call to the client. The schedule date for this project was due for completion around the second week of December. We have had a few delays with weather which was communicated in our original contract. We did a project before this for a school that the complaint at also owns. It was told to us several times that this project in particular was in no rush whatsoever. The customer did pay a deposit for custom ordered iron fence panels. Deposits on those items are non refundable. Hence the reason for the deposit in the first place. This was also communicated when we signed the original agreement. What i’m dealing with is a customer that will call me 5-6 times in a row..then send ..multiple texts in a row..then 15 minutes later will complain that he’s been calling and no one has returned his call…on christmas eve..on the weekend.late at night whenever. Last week me and my mom tested positive for covid. I reached out to let the customer know and after i told him, his response was well, you need to deliver the materials this weekend regardless. It is unfortunate that we have had a few delays around the holidays and we would like to complete the project just as much as the customer wants it done. It’s a shame that when someone doesn’t get what they want, when they want they feel that they can post whatever lie they want without consequence in hopes that we will now be in their debt. It may leave some to think…Maybe we can do a good job and have them remove the negative review afterwards. It doesn’t work that way.

    Do not use unless you are desperate, want to be over-charged and he can do the job in an hour. My experience is like other reviews you will find on-line which describe Adam Hammons owner of Red Rock Fence Co. (aka; dfw fence builders; iron fence dallas; fence repair dallas tx) as: unprofessional, lies, over charges, does not return calls, does not show up to finish job, does not follow thru on warrenty, argumentative.
