    Dina was great. She works a lot with the residential designer I used Silvia Varisco who was an architect once so Silvia did a lot of early drawings and renderings so save a bit on that process. DINA really good at moving permits and approvals as I needed landmark approval as well. She has done three of my friends renovations all great and on budget.
