Only reason for the one star is because zero stars is not an option. Stay away from Redden Construction. This contractor has no knowledge of the trade at all and is not trustworthy. He will underbid the project to get the work and then attempt to charge exorbitantly above and beyond the agreed to contractor fee to make up the difference. Quotes to complete the project are nowhere near accurate.
