Job: Addition to existing small building. 12 x 16 with 1 window, roof, walls and floor.
Pros: As an individual the contractor is polite and nice
Cons: Scheduling- Never understood when the project would be worked on. Sometimes 1 day a week and only for a few hours. Project took so long and had so many visual problems that where obvious that I had to fire the contractor.
Quality: Had to have all electrical redone for a new cost by a different contractor. Did not pass city code. Had even have new electrical pulled. Electrical outlets above heater not to code. All lights not to code and had to have redone.
Roof and walls: Measured and installed incorrect. 5 inches too high and does not match other structure. This was simply left even with very obvious incongruous valley. Roof Leaks because of this across the valley. Lare and obvious roof surface humps. No eave installed or built at end of addition. This creates problems at edge with water leaking down the siding. Walls were not anchored to building code as pointed out by city.
Floor 4 inches shorter than existing structure. Had to complete by buildup and repairing. The entire project was so bad I asked him to stop coming, keep the money and never show up again.
