I received no response from the company when trying to accept their bid. The only response I did receive was from the person who came out for the initial consultation and he is no longer with the company.

The individual who initially met with you,left our company abruptly during this time and refused to contact us, or our offices. In turn, prospects he had met with were not followed up with as he terminated his email. We have taken steps as to not let this happen again. Thank you for your understanding.
