Bart Redmond was personally easygoing to work with initially but he seemed too busy to check the work of his sub-contractors so we the customers had to check their work and then ask Bart Redmond to make sure many mistakes were corrected. The sub contractors he hired seemed to be sub par and mostly unprofessional so not sure if this was just our job since it wasn’t as “ high dollar” as other Construction jobs he seems to have undertaken. We had a water leak within the Warranty period which warped, buckled and ruined the wood floors in the majority area of the converted Carriage House renovation and he ignored our numerous emails and phone calls until we were forced to turn to our Insurance Company to have the damages repaired. The damages were approximately $30,000 so we would definitely not use him again or recommend his Company to anyone.
