This guy is a thief! They incorrectly installed a bathtub in my house 16 months ago. I only discovered the leak (which had probably been happening since it was installed) when I had the flooring replaced. Not only would they not come out for days, but I was told "that was a long time ago" and that I would have to pay for the repairs. The plumbers who fixed it told me there was no doubt they had caused the leak by not installing a gasket. I called to tell them this and was told "go ahead and report us, I don't care!". I am probably going to small claims court over this.
