All I can say is go elsewhere! DO NOT use this builder under any circumstances. They do everything on their timeline, not yours. They are so nice in the beginning but once ground is broken they show their true colors. Everything they originally promise you turns into a problem and it's like you work for them instead of them working for you. They will give you an unrealistic timeline when in fact it takes at least twice as long and even when you can move in there is still so much work that needs to be completed. Also, check your walls and anything else before they close them up because the contractors they use are famous for leaving a ton of garbage behind the walls and cubbies. I learned this after opening a wall due to a leak and found half full soda bottles, a pizza box as well as a lot of building debris which should have been swept up and thrown out! I feel tremendous guilt as I talked my spouse into using them after falling for their schtick and it literally caused major issues and tremendous stress in our relationship, thankfully we worked through it. It's amazing how you trust someone, turn over hundreds of thousands of dollars and get told no we don't do this or no we don't do that after originally being told "we will build whatever you want"! I can say we will never ever make a mistake like this again! You're better off buying a fixer-upper, gutting it and being your own contractor than working with these two individuals! This Husband and Wife team called Reed Builders should be called Scammer and Liar Builders instead! Can't wait to put this house on the market because it literally makes us ill every day! So much for our forever home, now we have to start from scratch and uproot our entire family again!
