HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Wish I had read the reviews before I EVER placed an order with Reed’s. Ordered our material and “Required Date” was 5 days after we placed our order and paid for the materials. It took THREE months and 8 trips to Reed’s before we finally received the material we paid for. Every single trip there - Trying to find out how much longer it would be before our material would be ready / Trying to pick our order up / Returning the wrong material we were given / Trying to get the correct material - took no less than an hour and a half to THREE hours!!
When I met with Greg G and asked about our order, his response was “Do you want to cancel the order? What do you want to do? If you’re pissed off or whatever you want to do, I know this is not here. So when you get that info saying (the material) it’s not here, it’s probably going to get worse.” SERIOUSLY?!?! Who talks to customers that have been waiting almost 3 months for an order - like that???
This experience was a NIGHTMARE! The only GOOD thing about all of this is knowing I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH REED’S AGAIN!!
