Purchased a house from Reef Builders (+600k) and it has been a nightmare. The first major issue is the HVAC system not properly installed. The house in the summertime hit 85 degrees with the AC running 24/7 (Yes! Electric bills are sky-high!). When brought to the attention of the owners Tim and Brandon (Brandon being the worst) they dismissed the issues. Brought in multiple AC companies and the condenses is that they tried to cut costs and hoping no-one noticed. Finally, months later they acted like they were going to correct the issues. Then, block my number and acted like they had no idea who I was (Tim did this)! Imagine buying a home for over $600k and it not having a working AC! Crazy how they took advantage of me. Buyer beware especially from the Reef Builders!
The Second issue was the mushroom growing out of the shower! This is a brand-new remodel! They did not install the shower properly and there is water leaking into the wall!
Third! The front window was installed incorrectly, and it does not open!
Stay away from Reef Builders! Tim and Brandon are horrible people looking for cheap fixes.
