They set me up an appointment for Tuesday the 18th of April between 1PM and 5PM. Never showed or called me to tell me they weren't coming. I called them to get told that they couldn't make it. He did say he could come now (at 5:00PM) from Paris Texas a hour and a half from us, I said we cant do that because my husband gets up at 3:00AM for work and it would run to late. Then he couldn't tell me when they could come out again, and to cut it short started yelling at me and hung up. The whole thing was is that this was an insurance job and we got pushed back because we were so far away.
