We did not do enough due diligence on Reese Custom Builders. They did not have the capacity to complete our job within any reasonable time. The builder is a one man show who refuses to be accountable for absolutely any and all things and shocked us with overages in his budget without prior notice and after work was done that amounted to hundreds of thousands of dollars. It has been two years since he started construction of our house and has never given us a construction schedule or completion date despite repeated requests. Please do not do business with this contractor. It has been a nightmare for us and unlike any of the professional builders we worked with before.
