I wish I could give a negative score. The repair guy called me 15 minutes from my house saying he was almost there. I let him know that GPS does NOT send people to the correct location and offered to give easy directions from where he was located at the time. He refused to take directions stating that his GPS always works. Almost 45 minutes later I tried to call and he wouldn't answer. After 3 attempts to call him directly, I call the company. The woman answering the phone said the serviceman couldn't find us. I explained that I offered directions but she said they could not service us because the GPS didn't take him to our house. Just like I explained to him. I asked to talk to her boss and she refused to let me and ended up hanging up on me. Another company is coming out tomorrow and I know they will find us because they repaired our heater this past winter and found our house 4 times. The employees at Reeves Air Conditioning don't have the ability to follow simple directions. The guy was 10 miles from my house, 15 minutes or less, and he could have been here with 3 simple turns from where he called me. Ridiculous that neither the tech nor the woman on the phone could take simple directions and preferred to lose business than to simply listen. In the meantime, my family is without air in this awful heat.
