Permits
- Building permit records show that Reeves Mechanical LP has worked on 22 permitted projects.
Simon Reeves was hired to do some controls upgrades at a building in Pleasanton California. Unfortunately he is one of very few contractors licensed on a specific control system, so options were limited. He would frequently fail to show up when expected, and would rarely answer his phone. He would return phone calls two to three days later with some childish excuse. Simon was tasked with doing some controls work on a very small section of the building, roughly 12% of the total square feet. He managed to do tremendous damage to the control system effecting over 50% of the building and causing countless HVAC related problems for the existing tenant. Simon made several attempts to correct the issues. Once again, after failing to show up when he said he would, he made the problems even worse and shut down more building control systems. The property manager, general contractor and several other vendors had to step in and work tirelessly to correct all the issues Simon caused. This flagrant lack of responsibility and professionalism is completely unacceptable.
