came to my home this past October 10, 2013...had a clogged main sewer...it cost me 310.00 to snake, scope, and locate. tThe cost of the scope and locating would be deducted from the cost of replacing the pipe, which being a 100 year old clay pipe, it was sure to happen.....1-24-2013 the pipe is backing up again...I have an appt. at 8am, I wait till 8:30 and call Lance to confirm appt...."Oh, let me get ahold of Jason"..I get a call back, "Jason will be there in about 1 hour....I waited untill 10:30...wait a minute, I took off work, Call to Lance..no answer...I don't blame him..HA! I went on to work..Get a call from Jason at 11:30, "I'm at your house"...Really???..I only used this company because I had already paid foward into the replacement of a fragile pipe...So I guess he doesn't want to do that job either...Pissed Off Laura
