    door replacement

    This company came to my store to do a simple refrigerator door replacement. The mechanic had a metal break down while trying to figure out how to install the door. Replacement door is now in worse shape than the previous door and manufacturer is sending me another door to have it installed again. They damaged the hinge so my 8 month old refrigerator will not be the same even with the door replacement.

    Do not trust this company at all. They don't tell you that they charge for the estimate and then they send one guy with one flush light for 5 minutes and then they don't tell you how much its gonna cost to fix your cooler and one week later they send you a bill and they want 100 some dollars for five minutes for the guy that showed up with the flash light. I got charged like that and I wont pay that and if I have go to the court for that to fight it I'll let my lawyer know and he will handle that no problem. I will give them 0 star for the bad costumer service and for not knowing how to fix stuff.

    I work with a company that owns and operates 23 franchise restaurants and have had my fair share of difficulty finding a reputable refrigeration company to take care of our many needs. Until I found Refresh. They are fair, honest, competent and highly available for some pretty demanding circumstances. They work well under deadlines and can handle any job I request from them be it small or very large in scale. This is a company that I feel that I can recommend in the highest regard.
