    Contractor is MIA with 6 figures of money. Won't answer calls texts or emails. Prison is going to suit him so well.

    This my reply to the owner. I understand the process and steps that refresh remolding have in place to start a project. All of these steps have been completed since August 2021. The HOA approval was emailed to refresh remodeling in late July, The permits was approved in August and the drawings in July. Refresh Remodeling have all the documents needed to start my project but as of today haven't and cannot or want even call and give me a reason of why? I was getting weekly updates until I started asking why is it taking so long? Refresh Remodeling like I stated before you have had my deposit for 4.months and have had all the documents needed since August. There should be no excuses for you to have not started and completed my project . We are now in October and I find this type of service very very unprofessional.
