Home builds are more than a year out from completion. This builder has project management, supply chain and labor issues. Communication regarding the status of my build has been poor. There have been several starts and stops with this project and even after 13 months, I have yet to receive a settlement date. New Noble Pond’s residents have shared that their houses are well constructed, but the builders are slow to respond to addressing their punch list repairs.

I started my new home in May 2021, and it was supposed to close in Nov, then Dec, etc. It finally closed the first week of May this year. There were 17 items on the checklist when we closed to be completed. We did not move in until 25 days later and only 5 items have been fixed since, and it is now mid-July.
