I would define Shawn Regal's (Regal Construction) work as precise, on-schedule, well within budget, and nothing short of craftsmanship at its best.
After meeting with many local contractors, Regal Construction came highly recommended to us by a good friend. In contrast to the other bidder's verbal estimates, we had received a detailed hard-copy quote and schedule of completion from Shawn. There was no question as to when the job would be completed and absolutely no hidden costs... And that alone put our minds at ease.
My wife and I threw many design curveballs as Shawn throughout the process of building our deck, and he faced each challenge with professional guidance and execution, all while staying on-time and within our budget. He was on-site throughout the entire process and exceeded our expectations with the results. We were so pleased with his work and money we'd saved, we hired him to re-shingle the entire roof and install new siding on our house.
I will testify that quality, cost-effective, professional results is what we had received for our money. There is no question that we will be sure to use Shawn's services in the future.
