Horrible company i was called (owner/operator of another Demo Company) and contracted by Tracy Walter at Regal to come in and save them on a Marble tear out in Bloomfield I completed the job with 100% satisfaction at that point she refused to pay the agreed upon bill. I then went to the owner Vern Brokeway who then informed me that Tracy has no authority to hire anyone and definitely didn't have permission to pay for services she asked for as a representative of Regal Rigging and Demolition. Vern then tried to pay only half the amount of money owed I told them i wouldn't drop the price the price is the price agreed on. He then threatened me violence 3 times as i was walking out telling him i would see him in court which he reaponded sue Tracy she had no right to hire you so i did. Now 8mo later we went to court and got our judgment against her and we're being threatened with countersuites from Tracy on behalf of Regal and she still wont pay the bill. STAY AWAY FROM REGAL DEMOLITION AND TRACY WALTER THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST.

They took extra steps to insure that my shed and surrounding areas were not damaged in any way. They cleaned everything up including the pad and grass area. They filled in any low spots with clean fill dirt and you couldn't even tell that a mobile home ever sat there.
I would recommend them to any one who has a tear out or tear down and wants a clean and safe job. A+ rating from me and my family.
