Our experience was regal ventures was absolutely terrible we had problems with the concrete they had to cut off an inch And 3/4 double the plate they had a blowout on the concrete wall come to find out the guy that he hired to do the concrete wall only did flat work problems with the roof nails exposed on the roof drip edge installed incorrectly exterior doors in the house we’re hung crooked removed twice and replaced and still crooked insulation issues HVAC issues when Regals adventures took on the job they knew that our house had been on the fire and that we were waiting on money from the insurance company it was understood that we would go as far as the money would go stop when we got more money we’d start back up again all we lack now is the countertops the siding and the porch caps Rob come to us and ask us if we would sign the paperwork and he would give us a Lien waiver so that he didn’t have to renew the builders insurance we said yeah I will do that for you knowing that he still had a punch list to take care of and things that he was paid to complete week or so past I contacted Rob asking where we were on the punchlist he said hell Edward done here I said well we did you a favor we didn’t relieve you of your obligation the things that you’ve been paid for as well as the punch list you’re in default he says he assured us that he would take care of that stuff and to top it all off when the plumber caulked around the bathtub evidently it was a bad tuba silicone Rob sent people out three different times to remove the caulk they ended up putting latex over silicone this is his handyman I walked in he had a Scotch-Brite pad on top of the bathtub and the tub surround and I said well that’s gonna scratch it oh no it won’t I immediately call Rob Rob says to me all we use the Scotch-Brite pad on our own bathtub so now our tub was scoured as well as the tub surround that’s the way the whole job wet Rob was never ever out here he just put call the subs and put them on the job it was a The floor turned out good the cabinetry was OK electrician was superb the carpentry work was pretty good that handyman he’s got everything he touched went sour we were never so glad to be done with Regal adventures even though that he didn’t finish the project
