By William N.November 5, 2015They built the house in 2006/07.Poor workmanship
I have had trouble getting these folk to correct their mess up since we moved here in 2007. First the yard was dug up and building materials were buried in our back yard. They came out years later and supposedly fixed it. However, you can see my backyard and it looks like the grand canyon, bricks, wood, rocks and other stuff coming out of the ground. My front porch was leaning out from the front of the house, which speaks to foundation issues. Finally they came back out and did a rush job on the front porch. Cement fragments were splattered over the ceiling of the front porch and there is no step down space from my front door to the porch. The floor in our upstairs hall and bedroom cracks and moans when we walk on it. We called the owner/manager and he promised to get with us but still have not heard from him with any solution. This house is only 8 years old. Had them to the magistrates office to clear one problem that has returned. I don't know where to turn next except my lawyer. You may want to check them out well and have someone to check behind their work. Be Cautious.
