Do Not buy one of there homes. I paid cash for my home and I have had problems from the start. My four thousand fence by TN middle fence put in is coming apart. Only a few months old and the nails are coming out of the post.Called Kirk the owner and he will not fix it. The fence is not even even to the ground.
The yard I have is done with Clay all Clay so nothing stays alive. My grass is dieing and one tree has died. When they put up the new set of homes they used dirty of course. But will do nothing about my yard. The front yard had clay and rocks big ones so now the plants out front are dieing from the sun hitting the rocks. My laminate floor starting making noise like an old home and then pockets started coming up and when I could them they said my dog did it. lol What a joke They even said my dog killed the yard. That is not true my dog goes to daycare.
I have had problems from the start because Robert G the contractor and Jerry Diaz said it was all under warranty and they means nothing to them. Most of the people that are working on the homes have not idea what they are doing. These people are not professionals . They will show up in an old white van and do some work and leave . Nothing gets done right or the proper way. At this point I getting an attorney . Im very easy going but this should of been taken care of a long time ago. City Tile were the ones that put in my tile that is crocked and my laminate flooring that is coming up. This home is in Carothers Crossing. I have more going on then that. Doors that do not close right and have gapes. Walls with nails sticking out of cracks in them still. Etc...

If you are considering buying a home from Regent.... RUN!! Run and do not look back no matter what anyone says. I should have read these reviews prior to buying our home. Back in November 2020 we put a contract down on a home that was 3/4 of the way finished, it only needed finishing work done. NO ONE TOUCHED THE HOME until 2 weeks prior to closing, four months later, even though we would come by and check a few times a week and reach out to the builder, who kept telling us "It'll get done don't worry." Well they had to extend closing. They also did a terrible job finishing the home. The paint job was so terrible and sloppy and when we brought that to the supervisor of the supervisors attention his exact words were "Well you'll just scuff up the walls when you move in anyway." We did a blue tape walk through 4 times and every time the same spots were there, meaning they took the tape off and didn't fix the spots. He made us out to be crazy to have stirred up an uproar about the finishing work inside. We went to closing without the work being complete and we were promised it would be by the time we got back from closing, it wasn't. There were patches all over the ceilings that weren't painted, there were spots all over the walls that weren't painted. We came home to our new home and a light was hanging out of the ceiling by the wires. THE WORK WAS SLOPPY and the work was unprofessional. THE WORK WAS NOT QUALITY!!!! They are also impossible to get a hold of to fix warranty issues. Our doorbell never worked and still doesn't work bc they won't come out and fix it. We still have patches on ceilings that need to be painted. The walls are uneven and areas are not smooth. Its like they had amateurs doing work. DONT BUY FROM REGENT IF YOU WANT QUALITY FOR THE AMOUNT YOU ARE PAYING!!!! Our home was almost half a mil and the quality does not match it.
