Mr. Ruffins is a fraud. His license is inactive. He represented himself to us as a licensed electrician. He used the License 561060. We also found an unverified license of 72BB3. He stared our job on the 15th of January 2022 as of the 31 day of March 22 the job was not complete. We hired a new contractor who came and found that all he had was done was install a meter that was meant for a house not a mobile home. Mr. Ruffins lied and said he pulled a permit there was no permit pulled. We paid Mr. Ruffins 10,000.00 to install a meter loop pole. Mr. Ruffins is a FRAUD AND A LIER.
