We are a local residential remodeling company and we specialize in making your ideas a reality in your home or business. We are proud to serve Redmond, Lynnwood, Bellevue, Seattle and all major surrounding areas in Washington State. When first opening our doors, we saw a need to create a construction company with an image, a strong brand and approachable personnel that our clients can interact with at a personal level. Low end is abundant these days, and that is exactly what we are not! At Regional Construction, we strive for being professional, dedicated and thorough, through and through.     We hired Regional Construction to do a kitchen, laundry room, and master bath remodel in our 1957 home. They were awesome to work with. They were very patient to talk through the details of the estimate, very communicative with each detail during the construction process, and very clean. They were very cost competitive with their estimate and they held their price during the work. They made sure that everything was done as it should be. They always responded to my emails and phone calls. My husband and I felt like they really listened to what we wanted and we trusted them to do the job right. They performed the work beautifully. We will hire them again for our next big project.

    Some contractors declined to take on the cantilevered deck job, saying it was out of their scope of expertise. The deck required inserting 19 foot long steel channels through the front of the house to the interior load bearing walls. Daniel Regus took on the job with skill that left no doubt of his capabilities.
    Daniel is a dream contractor! He and his crew did everything you wish a contractor would do. They showed up every single work day without fail They did hard, dangerous, professional work and cleaned up at the end of each day. This job lasted about 2 months and they did everything possible to expedite the job and had no delays. Daniel encountered challenges after opening up walls, having to do things differently than what the structural engineer had called out. He quickly developed a Plan B, which all passed inspection. He provided us with good options on finishing details, and we were truly delighted with his ideas.
    Though Daniel's bid was slightly higher than his competitor, it was very detailed and we knew what was included. During the course of the project Daniel went above and beyond in finishing details to get the very best end result without adding to the cost. We are sure that our project cost us less in the end when we saw several items that other contractors would have called add ons to their bid. Daniel's final bill was as per original bid.
    It is nerve wracking for most of us to choose a contractor. As each day went by, we became more relaxed and assured. We became confident that his work would be the best quality. He has an excellent work ethic and kept us informed on what we could expect next. He is very professional and we appreciated his crew very much. We were so glad every day that we chose Regional Construction.
    Description of work:
    Installed a cantilevered deck with new roof, installed a floating ceiling system for noise reduction downstairs, altered 3 load bearing walls, installed 3 French doors, 5 other doors and built several new walls.

    Regional Construction LLC did a fantastic job this year (2016) with repairing and rebuilding most of the back end of our water-damaged house. They were responsive, easy to coordinate with, charged a fair price, and did not quit until everything was perfect. We are very happy with their work, and recommend them without hesitation.
