    No bid and pass because
    A. he prefers to work directly with one customer, Working with Hoa’s can be difficult
    B. He doesn’t provide itemized bids
    C. He did meet or want to provide requirements for my project due to the size and scope of the job.

    Deck Restoration and Strengthening

    Excellent contractor, did a great job on our deck restoration project. Easy to work with - reliable with communication and agreements made, experienced, intelligent and able to conceive of a range of solutions to those "surprising" little issues that inevitably appear during a building project! Pete has a great eye for detail and materials, and we were very happy with his work and the time in which it was delivered. He's also very considerate and tidy, making sure the site is cleaned up after each day's work. Will definitely consider him again for future projects.
