I can not comment on the build quality of the homes that they construct. What I can comment on is that they seem to pay little attention to detail. I live on a secluded street with a minimum property value of 500k. This is the ONLY custom home builder that I have seen allow their subcontractors to just destroy the street. I feel if you are ok with mud being dragged up and down the street for all the other home owners to deal with, I can only assume that would trickle down into build quality as well. I even asked the owner to put gravel down in all the mud pits they created. Again, every other builder has done so to cut down on making such a huge mess. Apparently this builder just does not care.
