April of 2018 they took large amount of money up front to rebuild my elderly parents patio roof in Pasadena, TX. Did not do anything for 45 days, then promises & excuses until almost 5 months.
We sent 30-Day Demand Letter and terminated his services & asked for a full refund, since they
did not fulfill their agreement. We won in Small Claims Court in January 2019 & owner never even came. It was ordered for him to pay us back in full w court cost fees & annual accruing interest until paid in full. He has not paid us back yet. Even though he says he will. Sure hope so. -

We hired him end of January for a driveway & RV cover. We gave him 1/2 up front in the beginning of February. Excuses & promises for months. It’s been 5 months now & nothing. Won’t answer our calls or texts. $8,000 is a lot of money for anyone. Can’t understand why he would do this to a 100% disabled veteran. We are very disappointed to say the least. Rudy & Debbie S.
