Cheap looking paint. Master bathroom water froze for 4 days last winter. Yard looked horrible, mainly weeds. Alot of shortcuts to save money.

New Build: No final grade of back yard. Front yard FULL of rocks (some as large as a fist). Sewage backup intermittently when it rains excessively - Reinbrecht has refused to address that issue. Gutters pulled away from soffit - reported within 6 months of ownership - Reinbrecht refused to address (I paid a professional to come out and fix). Water running onto patio because of wrong sloping of grade (I paid an excavator to fix by re-grading the back yard and adding swales to divert water). 2-10 warranty expires in Oct 2023. in Aug 2023 meeting with Reinbrecht brothers Phil and Matt - told my I had imaginary problems that never existed. They insisted they knew nothing of these issues. Retirement home was to live without having to deal with issues - have had issues from the start.
One week after move-in found 4 cracks in the shower stall walls. Scratched cabinets; scratched refrigerator.
