I had my front porch redone which entailed removing old porch, waterproofing and installing new decking. The workmanship is excellent. Ron was very communicative and did everything to see I was satisfied with the job, which I am!

DO NOT Hire Ronald Stewart of Reli-on Remodeling!!! I hired him to refinish my floors, replace baseboards and build some custom cabinetry. He started with the floors. The floors were inadequately sanded. He began staining the floors before sanding the floors enough to penetrate the polyurethane layer(s).
He also does not know how to work with stain and applied it using a squeegee, paintbrush and sponge and did not soak up the excess stain as it was applied.
He also caused additional damage to my property by breaking off tiles from my front step, drywall damage, messy work where stain was splattered on walls, doors, door frames, and disposing of sawdust down the toilet drain.
