After years of ownership, we decided to upgrade our vacation condo in South Florida.
Having heard bad stories about contractors, we took our time while selecting the best possible company.
Reliable Construction Group, through Camilo and Isaias, greatly simplified the process for us. It was not an easy task, since we are in an 8th floor condo, facing the water in Pompano Beach, and our condo board is quite strict about contractor credentials and background.
Kitchen layout and cabinetry selection was a great deal for us, and Reliable brought a very capable specialist that addressed our concerns.
We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness in our condo throughout the entire process.

We embarked on a full house remodeling in east Fort Lauderdale. Camilo and his team guide us smoothly through the whole process: layout design, budget creation, materials selection, and project execution.
It was not a simple affair, since we needed it to adapt to existing house layout to preserve the original property charm (mid 50's construction). They were patient with us while adapting to our sometimes changing requirements.

Due to hurricane impact we suffered damages in our pool deck. We had architectural plans prepared, and went through a three months contractor selection.
The team at Reliable Construction Group were very responsive since the early stages of the process. They were very accommodating with our semi-retired architect that was unresponsive at times while expediting the permitting approval process.
Reliable successfully performed structural renovations in the support system of our existing pool deck ceiling. Besides they coordinated, as General Contractor of records, the work of several trades involved in our project: electricians, plaster finishers, and interior finishers.
Pretty satisfied with their performance.
