    I used Reliable Construction for a remodeling project of 2 units house.
    While the initial selling process was impeccable and communication is constant, the rest is mediocre at best.

    The price initially was quite high compared with other quotes. However, I chose to pay a premium for what I thought to be a fast and reliable service. I wish I knew better, and so much for "reliable".. This company is everything but reliable.
    Price ended up being about 50% higher than quoted with multiple change orders and completion time was about two times the original estimate. A major part of the work is being outsourced to low-quality sub-contractors and there is very little accountability.

    It seems that the company cares only about how to get new clients, and once a contract is signed, a poor job is being delivered.
    I had to check everything and review everything as it didn't work as expected and many errors during a simple remodel.

    Reliable Construction Inc has been working on two of our projects and we are planning to continue our work with them. We highly appreciate the quality of construction--the finishes on all projects are flawless. The general contractor makes sure that everything is in perfect condition. We have experience with various contractors, however, what strikes us most is the attention to every detail on all jobs. The general contractor is easily and readily available, has excellent communication style, works closely with the owner, easy and consistent billing practices. We would highly recommend Reliable Construction Inc.

    It was great working with Ilya and his crew. They have a crew of people like plumbers, electricians, tile, etc. who work just for them. Ilya can anticipate when he will need someone on the project and stick to the timelines. He is also very responsive and always picks up a phone or texts you that he will call you right back and does call you right back! He really makes you feel you are his only client! (He probably has 20-30 projects going on at the same time, but you would never know that). We would have been on the budget but we wanted to add more things to the project as we went along (extra bathroom remodel, extra hard wood floors, etc.). We redid our kitchen and all of the floors plus 2 bathrooms with Reliable construction. It all turned out beautifuly!

    Complete Remodel/Renovation

    I have on several occasions referred Reliable Constructions (Ilya) to friends as well as clients of my own. I would never consider doing so if I didn't trust them to provide the kind of customers service & professionalism. I have seen on many occasions where they have bid on a clients project & then done end up coming in under his original bid. I highly recommend Ilya and strongly encourage you to try them.
