I worked with RHC on the construction of a new home in Santa Fe. Luis the contractor was very professional from the start to the end of the project. He often communicated numerous ways of cutting costs and making the home project more efficient. It was a pleasure working with Luis, I would highly recommend them for your construction needs.

Excellent!I had a complete roof rebuild done. Tore off the old flat roof (gravel, foam, pumice), put in insulation, a new sloped TPO roof installed. About 5000 square feet, when the two porches are included. Also rebuild the garage doors and main beam, and restricted the garage. As many as 9 workers, but usually 3-4. It was a complex project, and they did a great job.

Luis installed a driveway for our cohousing community. He showed up promptly, was always there the minute he said it would be, and did an excellent job. He worked hard to please us and make the driveway exactly what we wanted. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a good, professional job done right the first time.

I have worked with Luis for probably over 10 years now on multiple projects for my rentals as well as my own home. From fixing a gate to completely rebuilding a guesthouse that had water damage, all the work has been great, on time, and on budget unless unexpected issues came up which are always discussed before any additional work is done.
