I had "reliable" come over for a quick heating quote and when this happened their serviceman, Jack, broke a sculpture in our basement and then claimed it was like that and tried to blame it on an animal...we don't have pets. Nothing as been done to correct this and I would definitely NOT recommend them if this is the type of service they preform.
