During install on October 21, 2021, it was mentioned to the owner/installer of business that Generator was not level. He looked at it and did nothing. Now it's January and after reading the manually and checking the oil level since it has run for approximately an hour, I used a level to check and it's 3/4" inch off level. The manually states it must be within 1/2". I understand that 1/4" may not be much but when manually states 1/2" it should be remedied by original installer. Let's not forget it was already off level when it was originally installed. I text the owner and he immediately wanted to say that it was level during install and that overtime it will settle. My home is 18yrs old, and my AC unit that sits on same side as Generator is still level and has never settled. Conclusion, installer is not standing behind their work. While they agreed to come fix the issue, they are now stating they will not do any other warranty for my unit for any installation issues. They now want to say the reason is I was a hard customer to deal with during the install. They were willing to take my hard earned money to install product, had the opportunity to refuse installing unit at the time, and now have the nerve to mention my attitude when there was no issues at the time. The son supposedly took over the business and as far as I am concerned need to loose their license as a dealer. All information online shows that Jaimie Johns owns the business and not the son.
I don't recommend using this company at all and I have contacted Generac to advise of their Customer Service since they are a licensed dealer and installer.

Purchased our Generac from Reliable Power Systems. Due to manufacturing it did take a long time to come in but our experience with Mr. Johns was excellent. He explained things very easy to understand and was by far the lowest price we found. With the price gauging going on we were worried we would be ripped off but this was not the case. The installation was done neatly and passed inspection with flying colors. We would recommend Mr. Johns and his company to anyone looking to install a whole house generator
