One word defines RQC... “Genuine”, and all that it means...trustworthy, honest, dependable and just plain real! From the start of my renovation adventure, I felt they had my best interest in mind. I originally wanted to include adding a master bath on to the back of the 2nd floor, but it was over my budget. Mark suggested a phased plan which worked out well because they did some pre-work for the master during the first phase. Second phase to start mid 2021.
I have a historical home that was built in the 1800’s with wood trim, and doors etc.
The first phase was moving the laundry up from the basement and adding a powder room and mudroom where the original kitchen was, and moving the kitchen to where the dining room was.
The outcome is amazing! The changes made really feel like the layout should have always been this way. Much better flow etc. Additionally, they went above and beyond to match the wood trim, the door, and the stain color. No detail was overlooked.
Mark created the plan and Austin and Dave worked everyday to make it a reality. Both Dave and Austin are great to work with. Both are perfectionist which shows in every detail of their work. I appreciated that I could rely on them for their opinions on some of the final finishes as well. Wayne - also great to work with! - was always available to me when I had questions. He kept me in the loop and provided status updates regularly.
Me - Typical woman, all my comments are about how amazing these guys are and how beautiful my home looks now. However, I have family and friends in the trades, and after they saw it, all they talked about was the workmanship... nothing short of stellar!
I highly recommend them for any remodeling project!
