I left a message for Todd on 12-26-21 concerning a ceiling leak do to the Christmas day rain. My hope was he would contact me on Monday to discuss my roofing issue. To my surprise he returned my call within the hour, and offered to come over to my home that day to have a look. Hard to say "NO" to that. His approach and manor were personable, but "no nonsense" to the scope of work that needed to be done. Although his estimate was for more than I had hoped, I felt confident enough with his expertise and years doing business in the area, along with the many 5 star reviews, to go forward with the repair. His associates were right on time, as promised, on Monday morning, and the job was completed today. Although the job required more time/materials than thought, he honored the price that was quoted. That was greatly appreciated.
I would have no problem referring "Reliable Roofing by T G Y" to anyone in need of roof replacement or repair.
