Do not use this company. They tried to scam me, because I was a woman. NO TODAY SATAN. The tech came out and told me the computer board was bad. I told him there is a light that show it was working and the thermostat was working. I was able to turn the fan on and off. He was upset because I told him he was not making sense. The tech did not check the basic things. He went straight to the computer board. Once he left , I checked the condensation overflow. Well it was full, it needed to be cleaned and emptied. I dont know how he was going to pull off the scam, but he was trying to charge me 1300 to 1800 for an full condensation trap. Tech was also trying to charge me 1100 for a part that was available for 100 to 200 dollars. Women beware. I suggest googling your problem. Tic Tik saved me 1800 and I had them return my services fee.
