  I don’t know what other companies are talking about on reliance but this company was the best company we have hired our fence looks magnificent. George was on time very punctual and very reliable I’m glad the name of the company that way they did.

  Install a fence

  Should be named UNRELIANCE!!!! The absolute WORST!!! Nice at first but not consistent. Lowest bid, just to get the job but once he got the job he did not finish. I was forced to hire another company to finish the job. I totally regret hiring UNRELIANCE!!!!

  The installation was poor, gaps between posts. The gate leans and is hard to close. It’s only been a few months. Contacted Gorge after many attempts, he promised to send his employees on a certain day and I’m still waiting. Wasted a day off. I’m still leaving messages. No pride in customer service. I will hire a different fence company to do the repairs.

  Install 3 rail vinyl horse fencing around perimeter of property

  Jorge needs to change the company name because this is the most unreliable contractor we have ever hired. He came in with a reasonable quote and was very nice at first but after 2 days on the job and a very small section of our 2000LF of fencing to completed, he walked off the job. We had to get the Contractors State Licensing Board involved just to legally make him come back and finish. He finally came back 2 months later after changing the contract so that he was no longer responsible for any clearance where the fence would go and we really didn't care at this point. We just wanted the job done. Did I mention that the project was supposed to only take 14 days? It ended up taking 5 months from start to finish and the work was sub par. The CSLB hired an inspector and we found a post that was damaged and several caps that were broken. This was a brand new vinyl 3 rail horse fence! They also cut larger holes where the horizontal slats fit and now we have huge gaps where moisture and rodents can get trapped. He installed a black chain link fence on the inside that was suppose to go to the ground and in some places there is a foot of open space between the bottom of the chain link and the ground. He put in a fabricated vinyl gate (we asked for a full vinyl gate) that looks terrible but he wasn't willing to replace it for what we wanted and still ended up paying the inflated price. To top it off, Jorge made several derogatory sexist comments to my husband and was just very unprofessional. Do not hire this guy because you will not get what you paid for and since there is no integrity, the job may or may not get completed. If I could have given him no stars I would have.
