This was our worst experience ever. I was looking at 117 Clara Smith Lane, Piedmont SC. I was first given false information by their realtor to make the house sound more appealing to sell. Once we gave our earnest money, they did not stand behind what they had originally said. We kept giving in until they told us that the MB tub had a hole in it by one of their workers, so they repaired it. Only giving us an extra year warranty. We asked for a new tub or 5 year warranty and they said we were asking for too much, and the realtor very rudely replied that we would have never known about it if they hadn't told us. So, after a long journey and coming in after they lost their first buyers, we also walked away.
