Well I have to say I like the windows and doors. The installers were kind. But then I had problems with one of the windows. I have been calling and getting the run around for almost 6 months. The women (Tammy and the scheduler) in AZ were horrible, rude and told me to find a handyman to fix it. So don’t believe the lifetime warranty!! I am so disappointed these windows were expensive!!

In Phoenix Arizona, we paid Reliant Capitol LLC (Century One Builders) over $26k in full to replace all 37 windows in our home to upgrade our home. Since then, we are in a multi-year battle to fix our home. The AZ Registrar of Contractors ordered them to fix my home on June 9, 2009. As of today,2 years later, my house is still falling apart. I hired Reliant Capitol (now Optum Home Solutions) to replace 4 large windows in my home. Not only do the windows leak water, the upstairs bedroom window is out of compliance with fire egress. The windows are literally falling apart, frames are separating from the glass. I have filed complaints with the AZ Attny General, to no avail, and have subsequently filed a civil complaint in the magistrate court.
