Relyant tore up and reset our red brick walkway, which was an uneven, weed-filled, dangerous mess before. Their work looks great and he went above and beyond to raise the ground around the walkway for both safety and look. The bill came at the quoted rate and the finished product looks nothing like it did when he started.
The only reasons I give them 4 starts and not 5 is a) because I've barely had a chance to use it yet and need to see how it withstands the test of time, and b) because (through really not fault of their own) our rainwater now pools in the middle of the walkway. He warned us about this and there's not much that can be done with our uneven yard, but as unintended consequences go it's pretty noticeable during a hard rain.
The owner John communicated often and in a thorough, accessible way. He seemed to have a plan from start to finish. He clearly has a lot of skill and cares about his work.
