    Absolutely love Remarkable Air. Marcus Walker was very professional and fast. I am 55 years old women that live alone. One night when my ac wasn’t working properly i reach out to Remarkable Air. Marcus came same day. He rush to Home Depot before they close to replace my air filter instead of just coming back another day! Now that is a company i want to pay!! Will be recommending this company again

    Marcus Walker with Remarkable Air was hired to put a mini split unit in my small business, only 280 sq feet building. He told me he is licensed and had over 10 years of experience doing commercial hvac jobs. Marcus took weeks to install the unit, rarely showed up and the times he agreed to. He kept having to leave to get things, once he finally got it installed he wanted to be paid the rest of the money immediately, but I told him after inspection he would get the remaining $1000. Marcus called me the b word over the phone, threatened to take the permit off the job, and hung up in my face. He was very mean to me. I paid Marcus the remaining money, and literally after the unit was running for a longer period of time (about 45 mins), puddles of water formed on my freezer underneath where he mounted the unit. The ac unit was leaking all over. I tried to called Marcus to fix, but he blocked my number. I sent several emails and he never responded. Now, I have to pay someone to fix it when I’ve already paid Remarkable Air $2400. Nothing remarkable about that.

    The workmanship was acceptable, but Remarkable Air failed to pay their supplier even though we had fully paid them. The supplier sent us multiple lien notices and we eventually had to pay for the supplies in addition to the full amount of the agreement. Very disappointing and unprofessional. And expensive!
