    Rembert Custom Builders replaced the roof for the house we recently bought. The previous owners hired them to replace the roof and and they did not do a good job with the roofing. Since there is a warranty they gave with the roofing I tried to contact them several number of times but they ignore my calls and now they just cut my call. They dont contact back either. I tried emails, phone calls, voicemails everything possible to contact them to fix the things they dint do properly in the roofing. It has been 2-3 weeks since when I have been trying to contact them but they wont respond. Very bad experience. Wont recommend anyone to use them ever.

    This work was done for the previous homeowner. They rejected the roofing warranty. However we came out and repaired the roof with no charge to the new customer, who we did not know or have a contract with. Flower Mound, Texas
