Matt doesnt pay his subs. We have had a lien placed on our home due to this. Multiple message to Matt have gone unanswered. The lawsuit filed by the pluming company shows 6 different clients in the same situation as us. We were also contacted by the glass company Matt used they were also looking at filing a non payment lien since they were not paid.

We were also included in the lawsuit filed by one of his sub contractors (the plumber). He charged us top notch for not so good work. Every new cabinet is damaged and cheap. Tiling cement was left leak all over my basement floor and furnace. Which they knew about because there were buckets to catch it which then they left dry to the floor. They ruined a section of my front porch with dripping cement all over the tiles. Every outlet in the house is crooked from the electrical work, and my porch light won’t work now. Brand new drywall in the bathroom has raised mud marks on it, and 3 of the brand new floor tiles have chips taken out of them. The bath and back entry were never finished. I was told 5 weeks for the job and it wasn’t even finished within 6 months. Not to mention there were no dust protectors put up so when I came home( I went out of town for the remodel) the entire house was covered in a thick layer of dust, and I mean everything. Every cabinet, closet, desk, bedroom, all furniture, and I had to be the one to clean it all. There are so many things that went wrong with this remodel that now we have to have some of it redone after paying $35,000. And he didn’t even complete the job. Run, do not walk, run as fast as you can away from him.
