Remodel Palm Beach [Doug & Donna Hipp] are amazing! We purchased a condo last September and hired them to completely remodel the place. Not only did they handle everything, but also made sure to keep us up to date and met all schedules and deadlines. Their work was fantastic and we were able to move in by November. No one else could have pulled it off with the quality of workmanship that they did. Donna was instrumental in all phases of the design and build out. You will be happy that you chose them so definitely call them.

I wish I could say the same as Russell above. They recommended Remodel to me. The entire experience was totally unsatisfactory. Granted Covid played a part, but there was a severe lack of communication. Any error was put on me. They did not begin the project until September when they had a substantial deposit in April. I only learned the start date one day in advance. Everything was rushed so the quality of the work was sub par. Remarks like "May I remind you" and 'I have told you this before" were part of any conversation I had with Donna. When I commented on the vanity in the bathroom I was told "what do you expect for $1000"
This was a total redo of a condo. New floors new kitchen and new bathroom. Move some walls .Budget was over $100,000.
Steer clear is my advice.
