Cannot say enough good things about John Arellano with Remove and Replace.
John was at my home twice, both times for several hours. He discovered a malfunctioning inverter, got a new one ordered, returned my emails promptly and showed up to install the inverter at exactly the time he said he would at my home and did not leave until he was confident the system was working as it should.
John is very polite and patient and it was a pleasure to have had him at my home.
