Renco LLC did an amazing job creating our new primary suit. They started and finished on time. The quality of work is outstanding. We are so impressed with them we are having them do a second remodel in another room. I would highly recommend them. We did get several other quotes from other companies. The quotes were not very detailed. Rencos quotes was professional and very detailed on every area of work.

From start to finish Vitality, David and their crew worked almost non-stop. Every day someone was on site and even working into the evening on some days to get the job done. Their was no rush just steady careful work.
Everything met our expectations and nothing was amiss during the final walk through.
I have many more projects for this company.

I hired Vitaliy to remodel our bathroom for many reasons. His communication was clear and direct. He showed up and sent the estimate when he said he would. He asked good questions about what we wanted and offered design solutions. He was inquisitive about what he would find behind our wood paneling.

The estimate was more than what we had hoped it would be, but it was equivalent to estimates from several other contractors.

Once hired, Vitaliy recommended where to buy what we were responsible for, like the tile and vanity. Then he and David came to do the work, bringing in specialists for plumbing, painting, and tiles as needed. It could have been disconcerting to have so many strangers in my home, but the people Vitaliy brought in were professionals--pleasant, highly skilled, and efficient. They finished the work within the estimated timeframe. We had a few change orders due to discovering things about the plumbing and electrical, which is to be expected in an older home.

We love our updated bathroom. It's even better than I hoped.

The bathroom remodel consisted of:
* Replace a tub only with a large custom tiled shower with two shower heads, large soap recess, floating bench, and glass door.
* Remove a lower window, add a higher window, and take care of the siding.
* Replace a one-sink vanity with a 2-sink vanity.
* Remove many layers of linoleum and add a tile floor.
* Replace a mirror with medicine cabinets.
* Update lighting and electrical.

We will hire Renco again.

I liked that he called in the late afternoon AND he left a message. I called him back quickly. Others called early morning when I was still asleep, I felt like those people were rushing me. Renco seemed more relaxed. He came out the next day and I was confident with him. He did a great job.
